Yellowstone National Park
Jackson Hole is the southern gateway to Yellowstone National Park, America’s first national park. Established in 1872, the 2.2 million acres that make up Yellowstone are home to roughly half the world’s active geysers as well as geological features such as the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone. Roughly four million people visit the park each year.
A trip to Yellowstone is a must for most travelers when visiting Jackson Hole. -
Grand Teton National Park
Located five miles north of the town of Jackson, Grand Teton National Park is a sight to be seen.
Enjoy wildlife viewing, rafting down the Snake River, hiking, climbing or paddle boarding.
The outdoor pursuits are unlimited and there’s nothing like watching the sunset over the Teton range.

Lodging & Camping
From rustic and camping to five-star and glamping, a range of accommodations exist in the Jackson Hole area.
The two main lodging areas are Teton Village our year round mountain resort, and the town of Jackson, but there are several other lodging areas including north and south of the Jackson Hole area as well as “over the hill” in Teton Valley, ID.
Our lodge does not offer RV parking. -
Snow King Mountain
Snow King Mountain is located in the heart of downtown Jackson. Aside from skiing, the resort offers year-round activities like the Cowboy Coaster, scenic gondola rides and a state-of-the-art observatory and planetarium. Summer fun also includes the alpine slide, treetop adventure, zipline and mini-golf.

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort
Activities abound at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort! Big mountain skiing, hiking, mountain biking and climbing will get your heart rate pumping! Looking for something more relaxing? Scenic gondola and tram rides, frisbee golf and free summer concerts round out just a few of the numerous options available.

Grand Targhee
“Over the hill” at Grand Targhee, the year round resort in our neighbor community of Teton Valley, ID. You’ll find fantastic alpine and nordic skiing in the wintertime. Summer transitions to a mountain bike park and loads of hiking trails.
You can’t go wrong with a trip to the other side of the Tetons.

Culture and Arts
Home to numerous art galleries, museums and cultural offerings. The cowboy culture of Jackson Hole is celebrated during Old West days, in early spring.
Fall brings the Fall Arts Festival, one of the premiere events in the Rocky Mountain West.
The Grand Teton Music Festival brings together musicians from all over the country for a summer’s worth of classical music. -
Dining
We like to play hard and eat well in Jackson Hole. There is no shortage of places to wet your whistle too.
With cuisines from around the world, there’s something to satisfy everyone’s craving. Experience local flair with bison tenderloin or elk chops, or enjoy lighter fare at one of our many sushi restaurants.Your taste buds will thank you for bringing them to town.

Community Events
Jackson Hole is a tight-knit town, and community events take place throughout the year. Home to over 200 non-profit organizations, many events help support those local efforts.
The Elks lodge is no exception.
Many of our lode events help support our friends and neighbors and all elks members, even visiting members are welcome.
